An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and efficient Trainee Office Manager to become a key team member in our busy construction firm.
Minimum 1 year's office experience preferred but may suit a school graduate or someone with drive and ready to further their career.
Excellent communication, IT and numeracy skills are essential and the successful candidate will strive to ensure an organised and effective office.
Duties to include:
- general reception and office tasks;
- receiving, distributing and logging emails;
- typing documents and emails;
- answering main telephone;
- managing multiple filing systems;
- calculating figures accurately;
- keeping records up to date;
- entering documents onto ledgers and databases;
- stock picking and control;
- credit control;
- purchasing;
- other office duties and assisting the various departments as required.
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm (37.5 hours).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
