We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Office Manager to oversee operations and ensure a smooth workflow at our expanding dental practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll, human resources, and administrative tasks. Good computer skills are needed and a knowledge of dentistry would be helpful but not essential
Duties
Our office has a team of three. We are looking for someone to help-
Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Execute monthly payroll runs with a high degree of accuracy.
Manage rotas and process annual leave requests across departments.
Daily till checking
Check invoices and pay bills
Purchase stock
Support team members in organising professional development opportunities.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Organise and conduct audits, manage risk assessments
Support the principal dentists and office staff to run the business effectively
Requirements
Proven experience in an office management or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in dentistry (aspirational but not essential).
A keen attention to detail and high regard for confidentiality.

Pay: 2,333.00-2,845.00 per month
