Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Support and guide the team to enhance performance and patient satisfaction
Assist with clinical governance, compliance, and health & safety (CQC)
Use of CRM systems, cloud platforms, and active involvement in social media
Contribute to financial management: budgeting, invoicing, banking, reporting, and KPIs
Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and first-class patient service
Improve treatment acceptance rates through sales process optimisation
Champion eco-friendly initiatives and waste reduction
Manage and expand the practice's social media presence and strategy

Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role within the field of dentistry
A qualification in dental nursing with valid indemnity
Proven ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively
Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, including social media
Proficient in business management tools and software
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
