Some of the Main duties of the job To cover reception when required To be able to help with insurance, private reports Community referrals and Hospital referrals (eRS referral) Inviting patients for their regular check-up Customer service Telephone manners Able to deal with outside companies, I.e IT help desk, stock ordering Assist management team Assisting with practice complaints and patient queries Registrations Maintaining Petty cashflow Triaging eConsults Good knowledge of Systm1 and Accurx Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Manage office inventory
