Assistant Producer - International Media Production Company
A fast-growing international film and streaming production company based near Soho, London, is looking for a recent top University Graduate or top Film School Graduate (Masters a plus) with zero to three years work experience in a film production company or similar.

There will also be opportunities for creative input on pitch decks, pitch trailers and film and streaming scripts and projects. Please note: This is a job at the head office, not on-set.
The role includes:
Manage office operations including scheduling, assigning tasks to P.A's and runners and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Roll emails, phone calls, diary scheduling, organising meetings and meeting attendance, organising travel and general support functions
Take the lead in production office activities including fundraising, budgeting, bookkeeping, scheduling and coordination.
With the Managing Director, participate in negotiations with financiers, sales agents, distributers, talent, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Support the managing director with daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives. Attend meetings. Assist with travel arrangements and accompany managing director on domestic and foreign travel.
Have expertise in supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining Mac computers
Have expertise or acquire expertise in Mac programs including Pages, Numbers, Messages, Contacts, Keynote, FaceTime, and the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, In Design, and Premiere Pro.
Have experience or be willing to train in Movie Magic Budgeting and Scheduling
Outreach, establishment and maintenance of good relations with industry contacts. Sales video-calls, phone-calls to and face-to-face meetings with potential investors, financiers and co-producers.
Design and preparation of sales pitch decks and brochures in InDesign and creation of pitch trailers in PremierePro.
Preparation of budgets. Cash flow and online banking management. Creating and maintaining databases, financial records, and sales and corporate records
Keeping iPhones, iPads and Macbooks fully functional.
Good interpersonal skills. Enjoy working as part of a team. Polished in-person, video and phone presence.
Good financial knowledge . Strong mathematical and numeracy skills.
Experience budgeting and keeping financial records and managing online bank accounts. Skilled with spreadsheet software including Excel and Apple Numbers.
In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Suite including InDesign and Photoshop. Editing experience a plus, with expertise in Premium Pro.
Strong Apple Mac maintenance experience and skills.
Be based in London, own a Mac laptop, have a passport, drivers license, travel experience, and be available for foreign travel.
This is a paid role at competitive rates, half time or greater, on an initial two-month contract as Executive Assistant with a view to a permanent position as Assistant Producer, with performance bonuses and lucrative participation in company stock option plan
