You'll work hands-on to help create some of the finest outfits worn in
weddings, film, theatre, and the performing arts
, collaborating with top designers and private clients. We're famous for our fabric belts, covered buttons, clutch bags, and ties, setting the standard for quality, speed, and service. As one of the UK's last remaining bespoke garment manufacturers, our small, dedicated team takes immense pride in every piece we produce.
What You'll Do
Support all production stages:
Preparation, production, and finishing of accessories and garments (full training provided).
Maintain quality standards:
Help ensure every product meets our reputation for meticulous craftsmanship.
Work as a team:
Collaborate daily with a close-knit group in a shared workshop.
Engage with clients:
Occasionally assist customers in person or by phone, always with a friendly, helpful attitude.
Manage your area:
Oversee stock and supplies within your workspace, ensuring the smooth flow of production.
Bring ideas:
Spot opportunities, show initiative, and help the team run efficiently.
What We're Looking For
A keen eye for detail*--pride in producing consistently beautiful, high-quality work. Genuine interest in textiles, crafts, and fashion*. Team spirit and strong communication skills*--you'll thrive in our collaborative workshop. Self-motivation and initiative*--comfortable prioritising your tasks independently, even during quieter periods. Customer service skills*--friendly, professional, and willing to help wherever needed. Organisational ability*--keeping stock and your work area in top shape.
