This role will support the Project Co-ordinator assisting in the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality survey projects through administrative, data management and communication support. Working closely with the Project Co-ordinator, you will ensure effective communication between clients, surveyors and internal teams, maintain accurate records and help drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Role and Responsibilities
(i) Project Support:-
Assist in planning, scheduling and undertaking of asset surveying projects;
Keep project schedules, reports, trackers and health & safety documentation up to date; and
Provide support to the wider team where needed including document preparation, information collation and coordination of site activities.
(ii) Data & Systems Management:-
Manage and maintain the Mobiess system, reviewing and validating surveyor data;
Verify surveyors' expenses for accuracy and compliance with the agency (TSA) portal requirements;
Ensure surveyors have the correct equipment for their work; and
Review and update CAD/DWG drawings as required, in order to produce location schedules.
(iii) Communication & Collaboration:-
Maintain positive, professional relationships with surveyors, team members and client representatives; and
Act as a point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring clear, professional, and timely information sharing.
