, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management team in the coordination and administration of bespoke manufacturing and installation projects.
Job Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work within a specialist manufacturing and installation environment, supporting the delivery of luxury spa and wellness facilities.
The Assistant Project Manager
will play a key role behind the scenes -- managing documentation, scheduling, procurement, logistics, and cost coordination -- ensuring seamless collaboration between our design, production, finance, and installation teams from order through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Team throughout all stages of project delivery.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, drawings, and production plans.
Coordinate between design, manufacturing, finance, and installation teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Prepare and issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage supplier communication.
Assist with procurement and logistics planning, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
Support cost control and coordinate with the finance team to track expenditure, raise invoices, monitor budgets, and reconcile costs.
Support financial reporting by maintaining accurate records of project costs, payments, and progress.
Schedule and coordinate installation dates, transport logistics, and on-site team deployment.
Prepare and distribute meeting notes, action lists, and project updates.
Compile handover documentation, warranties, and O&M manuals for completed projects.
Key Requirements
Experience in project administration, production coordination, or manufacturing support (5+ years preferred).
Background in manufacturing, interiors, or technical project delivery advantageous.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.
Strong numerical and administrative skills, particularly in cost tracking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Confident communicator with internal teams and external suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Full UK driving licence (preferred).
