The objective of the Assistant Property Manager is to support our Property Manager in respect the company's portfolio of residential units on behalf of our clients.
For the right candidate we can offer a flexible role of either 30 hours per week, or full time (37.5 hours per week).

Duties
Assist property manager in managing property portfolio in Cornwall
Undertake site inspections and report on findings
Take utility meter reads
Coordinate annual fire door surveys
Carry out quarterly fire door inspections of communal doors
Review Fire Risk Assessments and assist with findings
Issue parking permits
Operate Land Registry account
Organise play equipment inspections and review reports
Review Leases, Titles and Plans in context of client queries
General administration, including compiling letters, liaising with clients and contractors
Raise Work Orders
Reception/phone support
Book venues for meetings
Attending training courses as needed
Keep up to date with legislative and industry changes
Key Skills & Attributes
Experience in a property related role
Have a strong background in administration
Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to apply across all areas and with colleagues, clients, contractors, and service providers
Be able to multi-task and possess good organisational skills
Be professional, personable and engaging
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Have a proactive and "can do" approach
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to retain a high volume of information and use intuitive
Have a willingness to learn and be flexible and adaptable to our ever-changing industry
Capable of recording data and working to tight deadlines
Be computer literate and willing to learn the company's specific software
Full driving licence and have use of own vehicle

Pay: From 25,350.00 per year
