We are a leading, independent sales and lettings agency with an excellent reputation. We're all about developing win win relationships with our staff and our clients. Due to continued growth in our lettings portfolio, we're looking to add to our Property Management Team.

The Role



You'll be responsible for assisting our Property Managers to manage their property portfolios. You will also market and re-let properties as they become available. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Arrange and oversee maintenance, repairs and safety inspections. Conduct property inspection visits and report back to landlords. Handle tenancy renewals and rent reviews. Handle Check Ins and Check Outs including deposit protection and deductions Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Resolve queries and complaints quickly and professionally. Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice.

The Person



We're looking for someone with:
? Previous experience in a lettings or property management (essential).
? Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
? Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
? ARLA/Propertymark qualification (desirable but not essential -- support provided if not yet qualified).
