What you will do:

Respond to tenant enquires via email, letter and telephone in a highly professional and timely manner

Liaise and organise our contractors to attend to maintenance & repairs.

Supervise insurance claims

Office Administation

Provide essential support and work closely with your Property Manager to provide a great customer experience to our residents/clients.

Update QUBE computer system and produce mail merge/reports as required (previous experience of QUBE Desirable but not essential)

Supplier payments both client and corporate

Liaising with leaseholders and clients regarding service charge and rental accounting queries, ensuring that they are logged on Qube and updated through to closure. A polite and professional approach to communicating with customers is essential.

Previous experience working as an Assistant Property Manager for a Managing Agent is desirable.

Long term commitment to developing a career within Estate Management

Previous experience using QUBE Database desirable.

Full-time- 9.30-6.00pm Monday/Friday - circa 21k.
