Update QUBE computer system and produce mail merge/reports as required (previous experience of QUBE essential)
Liaising with leaseholders and clients regarding service charge and rental accounting queries, ensuring that they are logged on Qube and updated through to closure. A polite and professional approach to communicating with customers is essential.

Full-time- 9.30-5.30pm Monday/Friday - Flexible working from home available after probation completes
