As an Assistant Property Manager Team Leader within our Remus Property Management Team, your role will involve supporting and mentoring Assistant Property Managers in their daily responsibilities, which include communications, maintenance related tasks, and other essential duties. This newly created position aims to deliver excellent service to our clients and customers while also working with other departments within the organisation. This presents a valuable opportunity for professional growth and learning in managing a dynamic team. Your tasks will encompass supporting and mentoring the team, training, 1-2-1s and general motivation as well as, oversight of the team.
Main Duties & Objectives:
Morning Team meetings, supporting and advising the team of APM's.
Being the point of escalation for the seniors for queries, questions, and or/ general support to Senior Assistant Property Managers.
Ensuring that queries are responded to in the appropriate time.
Liaising between departments, for support and guidance on Property Management team responsibilities.
Updating the team and providing support to the wider team.
Ensuring statutory compliance for training and development for the Assistant Property Managers are completed.
Scheduling and overseeing tasks assigned to the Property Management team.
Providing weekly updates on team members and tasks to Management. Including KPI's and updates on any issues or problems. Mentor and develop Assistant Property Managers in processes and procedures relevant to the role.
General management of Central Services team members within the property division, including 121's, authorising annual leave and sickness absence.
Arrange frequent meetings between Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to improve collaboration and the exchange of innovative ideas.
Visit 5 Regional offices twice annually to mentor and support the team.

Previous management experience.

Bonus Skills:
Previous working experience/knowledge of QUBE or Dwellant
TPI qualified (ATPI)
Relevant block property management experience.
