About the Role




We are seeking to recruit an

Assistant Psychologist

with at least

three years' post-qualification experience

, ideally with experience working with

neurodivergent individuals

.


The role will support the delivery of

high-quality services

to our private healthcare and corporate partners and will involve delivering a

customised coaching programme

for people with

neurodiversity

.


The postholder will work closely with our

Product and AI teams

to help evolve how the programme can be supported and enhanced through our

AI companion

, contributing clinical insight to the development of digitally enabled care.


Clinical management will be provided by a

Consultant Psychologist

, with regular

clinical supervision

from a specialist

CBT Therapist

.


This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities



Clinical delivery: Under the supervision of our clinical team, you'll provide evidence based low intensity interventions. You'll attend and constructively engage in weekly clinical supervision to enhance your clinical practice. Supporting partnerships: You will be confident in collating, analysing and presenting outcome data, auditing therapists practice and liaising with our partners around service quality issues. Clinical innovation: Contributing to clinical and technological innovations that can enhance the therapy experience for our members, therapists and partners. Research: HelloSelf is at the forefront of innovation in digital mental health. You'll be involved in supporting our current research and development activities, as well as developing new products that can help our members and therapists.

About You



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (course accredited by the British Psychological Society) and eligible for graduate basis for chartership. 3 years experience post qualification Experience of working with neurodiverse client groups, with evidence of training and/or supervision to support your learning. Able to collate, analyse and interpret data and communicate this clearly with various audiences. Confident in liaising with partner organisations through telephone and video interactions. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to reflect, learn and develop. Strong interest in mental health tech. Previous experience working as an Assistant Psychologist is desirable.
