Introduction to the Role

We're looking for an organised and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, grow your career, and play a key part in delivering high-quality, affordable homes across England.

Expectations

Support management with reporting and commercial matters. Assist with subcontractor, supplier and partner relationships. Help prepare orders, process invoices and track payments. Attend site meetings to monitor progress and materials. Keep records and contract documentation up to date.

What We're Looking For

Qualification or basic knowledge in Quantity Surveying. Understanding of construction methods and costs. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good problem-solving ability with a practical approach. A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn. Passionate about building a career in the construction industry.
