Experienced Assistant Property Manager Liverpool

We are a successful property company who own and manage hundreds of properties across the North West. We are now looking for a person for our Liverpool Office .

The right person will already have experience working in a residential property environment. They will be looking to progress to a role that is much more than just a letting agent but will give them the skills to buy , sell, rent, manage and deal with building matters related to a wide variety of properties in and around Liverpool and the surrounding areas. It could lead to becoming our Property Manager.

We can offer training in all aspects of property work including going to Court, licencing, supervising building works and full training in all the new rules which we have been preparing to master over the last year. As well as the traditional work related to ASTs selecting Tenants, Inspections etc

We are a friendly team working across the North but do work to a very high standard so if you are not interested in being tested and massively increasing your skills level this will not be the job for you

We are also looking to improve our use of IT so special preference will be given to any person with excellent IT skills, who knows wordpress to assist with our website, is good with videos and photos, is able to master new apps for different areas of work and is interested in the opportunities proptech and AI offer our industry. Proven ability in this area with examples of previous work will be required

You must also have the ability to travel to different locations and be able to speak to a wide variety of people and act on your own initiative when out in the field. The ability to ask the right questions is a key skill.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
