A wonderful opportunity has arisen in our fantastic, homely Nursery. We are looking for a well-motivated, enthusiastic practitioner to join our dynamic team as a Qualified Nursery Practitioner in the role of Assistant Room Leader in our Cubs section (Ages 2- 3 years old.)

We are trying to expand our team so everyone can have the option of working a 4 day week if they wish to without us relying on outside agencies.

The ideal candidate will need to hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification - or equivalent. Previous experience with this age group would be ideal.

Your Role Will Include:

? Creating a safe, fun and supportive setting for children aged 0-5

?Assisting the Room Leader and deputising for them during absences
? Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
? Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS framework
? Building strong relationships with children, families and the wider team
? Maintaining accurate observations and records of each child's learning journey

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification Early Years Educator/Childcare and Education or equivalent e.g. NNEB, NVQ level 3, T Level.
Is caring, reliable and full of positive energy
Understands the importance of child-led learning and play
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively
Has a genuine passion for early childhood education

A Knowledge of online learning Journal (useful but not essential).

Pay: 32,760.00-33,930.00 per year
