Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in driving sales performance, managing team activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets while maintaining a positive working environment.

Duties

Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company objectives. Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Conduct regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques among team members. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain an organised administrative system for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.

Skills

Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills. Proven experience in sales management or a similar role. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele. Proficient in administrative tasks, including report preparation and data entry. Ability to motivate others and drive a team towards achieving common goals.
