Your Role: Driving Sales Excellence

You'll be the engine ensuring our sales processes run like a well-oiled machine. Your key responsibilities will include:


Supporting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day running of the department, stepping in to lead when needed. Ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the sales process by maintaining and optimising the systems used. Working closely with various departments across the group to ensure all prospecting, campaigns, events, and productivity initiatives are executed to a high standard. Contributing to the development and growth of retail sales by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies. Utilising your high attention to detail and broad technical knowledge to build successful and profitable sales processes.

What We're Looking For in an Assistant Sales Manager

We're seeking a proactive leader who brings:


Proven knowledge and understanding of working within a retail sales environment, within the automotive industry. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related systems A strong technical ability and an analytical mindset to drive data-led decisions. High attention to detail in all aspects of work, ensuring accuracy and precision. Demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong drive for growth and development within a team. A full UK driving license.
