Our Turning Point Scotland Services in Inverclyde are looking for people like you to help provide individualised support to adults with a wide range of needs, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.

Turning Point Scotland has provided services in Inverclyde since 2002 and has grown to work within the local area with multiple services ranging from Kilmacolm to Skelmorlie.


We currently provide Supported Living, Housing Support and Social Opportunities to a large number of people who have learning and physical disabilities and those on the Autistic spectrum.


The support we provide is tailored to suit the needs of each individual. We provide support to people in all aspects of their daily living with supports ranging from a few hours per week to 24/7 care.


Our current vacancy is within our Inverclyde Housing Support Service, designed to assist individuals who have enduring mental health difficulties, alcohol and drug misuse and Alcohol Related Brian Damage (ARBD). The aim of the service is to promote a safe, secure and positive lifestyle for individuals while maximising their capacity for independence and integration in to their local community. Some of the individuals whom we support require assistance with personal care, social functioning and assistance in maintaining their tenancy.

As an Assistant Service Co-ordinator, you will work with individuals who have a wide range of support needs, providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.


Please note that IT skills are required for all our vacancies.


Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.
