We're looking for an
Assistant Store Manager
to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure the store delivers a top-tier customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their retail management career within a luxury fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
Support Store Management:
Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
Deputise for the Store Manager role as needed, managing the team and store operations in their absence
Help manage staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
Sales & Customer Service:
Actively contribute to achieving store sales targets by leading by example on the sales floor
Provide personalised styling advice to customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Inventory & Stock Management:
Monitor stock levels and assist with planning replenishments and orders
Conduct regular inventory checks and support stock loss prevention
Ensure merchandise is displayed according to TM Lewin's visual merchandising standards
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide sales associates to develop their skills and improve performance
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store standards
Support organising and conducting team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
What We're Looking For
3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role, or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
