We're looking for a
Store Manager
to lead the team, driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and overseeing all aspects of store operations. This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about fashion and wants to make a tangible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
Sales & Customer Service:
Drive store sales performance by setting and meeting targets
Ensure all staff are trained to provide expert styling advice and personalized service
Monitor customer feedback and take action to continuously improve the experience
Operational Excellence:
Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
Manage the store budget, including payroll, expenses, and inventory costs
Merchandising & Stock Management:
Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed according to TM Lewin standards
Analyse sales data to inform stock replenishment and merchandising decisions
Work with the regional team to plan and execute promotional events and seasonal changes
