The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint an

Assistant Strategic Leader for Inclusion

Our family of schools consist of Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary, Lakey Lane Primary and PA High School.

As Assistant Strategic Leader for Inclusion, you will play a key role in driving forward our inclusive vision. You will support the strategic development of provision, lead on developing the curriculum, and ensure the highest standards of inclusive practice across our schools and resource bases.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Leadership



Support systems for identifying and reviewing pupil needs. Deliver staff training on inclusive practice, SEND, and curriculum development. Contribute to policy development and Trust-wide inclusion and safeguarding initiatives. Stay informed on national and local inclusion policies.

Pupil Progress



Monitor progress and wellbeing of pupils with SEND and SEMH. Lead assessment and reporting for pupils in resource base settings.

Resource Base Provision



Drive curriculum development and improvement. Ensure inclusive, safe, and effective learning environments. Implement strategies to enhance pupil outcomes. Foster collaboration between resource base and mainstream staff.

About you:



We're looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Evidence of sustained professional development in areas including SEND, Inclusion, school leadership and management, and curriculum/teaching and learning. Extensive experience in SEND or inclusion within an educational setting. Strong knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and inclusive curriculum design. A confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire across diverse teams and settings. A strategic thinker who can translate vision into impactful action. Deeply committed to equity, diversity, and continuous improvement in education.
