Join the Tutti Rouge Team as an Assistant to the Brand Manager.

This role is part time - 30hrs per week over 5 days Mon-Fri. (times can be adjusted to suit the applicant but will require the successful person to be in the premises for all 30 hours over 5 days - there is no remote working option)

What You'll Do:

Note: This is a multi-faceted role and the list below is a flavour of some of the tasks you will be undertaking

Warehouse & Stock

: Organise and maintain stock in the warehouse, process new arrivals, and manage replenishment to keep our collections flowing smoothly.

Ordering & Supplies

: Take charge of ordering materials and supplies to ensure production and dispatch run seamlessly.

Garment Care

: Re-process garments to keep them looking their very best.

Picking & Packing

: Assist with the dispatch process, ensuring every parcel is packed with care and love.

Content Creation

: Creating new listings on Shopify (training will be given)

Social Media Support

: Work closely with our social media team and brand ambassadors to bring campaigns to life, check content and interact as needed.

Stock Management

: Oversee systems to track, monitor, and replenish products efficiently.

Highly organised with great attention to detail. A proactive team player with a "can-do" attitude. Someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Passionate about fashion, lingerie, and brand building.
