Due to continued expansion, Heritage Apparel is seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager to support operations within our busy third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in helping to manage operations in the warehouse, support team performance, and ensure operational standards are consistently met
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse operations including goods-in, picking, packing , and dispatch
Support and guide warehouse operatives to ensure productivity and accuracy
Assist with stock control and inventory checks
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Help monitor performance and report issues to the Warehouse Manager
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in 3PL or warehouse operations
Strong team leadership and organisational skills
Forklift licence (desirable)
Familiarity with WMS systems is a plus
