We're looking for someone who loves turning dreams into reality. As part of our award-winning events team, you'll be the first point of contact for wedding and social enquiries--guiding couples through every step of their journey, from initial enquiry to their big day. You'll make sure every detail is planned to perfection and communicated clearly to the wider team, ensuring our couples experience a seamless, stress-free celebration. Alongside this, you'll support the Wedding Coordinator with event delivery, stepping in to help run weddings and special occasions when needed.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating weddings and special events, while assisting with other functions hosted by the hotel.
Hosting show rounds with prospective couples--making them feel welcome, inspired, and confident that their big day belongs with us.
Preparing accurate event documentation, including wedding forms and function sheets, ensuring clear billing instructions and smooth communication with the front-of-house team.
Jumping in where needed--whether that's serving guests, working the bar, or supporting other departments to deliver a flawless event experience.
Working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week in this permanent role, including weekends.
