Assistant Manager

to help lead our fantastic team!

The Role and Your Impact

As our Assistant Manager, you will work directly with the Manager to oversee all aspects of our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

Inspiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure high standards of service and product quality.

Operational Excellence:

Managing the floor, handling customer queries, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and driving efficiency.

Stock Management:

Assisting with ordering, inventory control, and minimizing waste.

Opening/Closing:

Taking responsibility for smooth opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.

Work Environment:

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Team Building:

Assist with hiring, training and onboarding of new employees

Staff Management:

Conduct performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching. Assist in resolving conflicts and issues among staff members.

What You'll Bring

Proven supervisory or management experience in a busy cafe, restaurant, or hospitality setting. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
