Assistant Manager
to join our small, close-knit team and help us deliver consistently great service across the bar, restaurant, and events.
This is a practical, people-focused role where you'll work closely with the owners to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly -- from busy Sunday roasts and live gigs to summer service.
What we offer:
Competitive salary 32,000- 34,000 DOE (+ Tips & Service Charge on average 300 a month)

What you'll do:
Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
Helping manage bookings, cashing-up, rotas, and stock control
Ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and FOH
Upholding high standards of customer service and cleanliness
Opening/closing shifts and acting as Manager when required
Assisting with events and private functions
Being a positive presence on the floor -- setting the tone for great hospitality
