We are an independent, family friendly, craft beer and burger joint with taproom vibes, located just a stone's throw from Southsea seafront and common. The Time has come to grow our family and we are on the look out for another likeminded person to join our team as the Assistant Manager where you will be "assistant to the manager"! If you are a welcoming, creative individual with great conversation and a love of craft beers, American food, Coffee and come with bar and restaurant knowledge, experience and most importantly enthusiasm, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain effective communication with team members to foster a collaborative work environment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of and a passion for craft beer is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. A passion for team management and the ability to motivate others towards success.
