This role suits someone at Associate Planner or Associate Director level that has worked in a private consultancy or public sector. Hybrid working and the free flow of staff between offices and projects is encouraged, with opportunities to travel to sites and client visits.

The successful candidate should be a good communicator as the role will require both professional and business advocacy, and experience in these are areas would be a distinct advantage. You should have good managerial skills and experience in client liaison and business development, managing staff and project resources, preparing fee proposals, running project teams, participating in public consultations with stakeholder and community groups and in design reviews.
