\xe2\x80\x8bWe are looking for a Senior Engagement & Communications Officer for our client with offices in London or Birmingham.

\xe2\x80\x8b

This is a 12 month FTC and you need to be able to start within 4 weeks minimum.

\xe2\x80\x8b

You will be working alongside the Engagement and Communications teams, and you will be responsible for broad communications responsibilities including but not limited to: Employee engagement and communications planning for two key specific projects and programs within the business and supporting BAU communications for the wider business.

You will provide broad communications support to key stakeholders by developing and implementing effective, impactful communications plans and processes.

\xe2\x80\x8b

You will be responsible for:

\xe2\x80\x8b

Developing and refining the current employee engagement and communications plans, by working closely with the internal stakeholders and the wider corporate communication team.

You will work closely with the various teams with various internal and external communications campaigns, activities, initiatives and events to support the Programme strategy and delivery.

Measure the impact and review engagement and communications plans.

Define and document engagement and ways of working to support the team, minimising ad hoc requests and reactive work, defining key processes, getting buy-in from your key stakeholders and supporting the wider Communications team to embed new ways of working.

Support the engagement and communications team with writing, editing and distributing content, including publications, press releases, website content, annual reports, speeches and other material that communicates the organisation\'s activities and services.

We are looking for someone who has experience managing multiple projects, and previous engagement and communications experience within a complex and matrix organisation. You will have strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, and be a strong copywriter, storyteller and problem solver.
