We are looking for an Operations Transformation leader within Deloitte's Real Estate practice. In this role you will design and deliver innovative solutions that transform Real Estate operations. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you'll translate needs into detailed solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and strategy. Your expertise in Real Estate operations and emerging trends will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering impactful results for our clients. As an Associate Director, you will work as part of a team of industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Build upon your existing industry knowledge to become an expert in your field.
Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations and deliver engagement and programme objectives.
Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members.
Design and lead implementation of innovative solutions that optimise and transform Real Estate operations across the value chain.
Provide technical leadership throughout the solution development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation.

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals, with proven experience, who are driving change and real impact for the Real Estate sector . The ideal candidate would have experience in Consulting or working in an internal Change / Transformation function within a Real Estate firm.
We are looking for independent thinkers who also thrive as part of a team, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Someone who enjoys solving new and complex problems and challenging themselves to work in new fields to contribute to market facing propositions, client engagements and internal initiatives. Dedicated to learning and staying up to date with emerging market and industry trends.
Professional experience needs to include:
Extensive experience in the UK real estate sector, with a strong understanding of challenges and opportunities facing operations functions within the industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading and operations-focussed projects, including operating model, process optimisation and efficiency initiatives.
Proven ability to mobilise, manage and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed.
Experience in people management, able to lead people and organise work to deliver for our clients.
Experience of guiding and coaching junior talent through challenging situations and providing honest and constructive development points.
Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues and articulate complex ideas.
Have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when working in, and managing, diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them and a clear understanding of the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive culture.
Understand risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
Preferably you will also have:
Experience in implementing AI-driven solution within the Real Estate lifecycle is highly desirable.
Experience in selection and/or implementation of key Real Estate technologies (e.g. Yavica, MRI, Yardi, etc)
