As a Mechanical Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading mechanical engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
  • Oversee the development of design specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing mechanical engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of \xc2\xa371,830 per annum.
  • Bonus scheme of 10/15% based on performance.
