Associate Director Negotiator - Hertfordshire
Associate Director Negotiator job working for one of the biggest real estate agencies in the UK. Our client is looking to speak to Negotiators who have extensive experience of selling properties in the Hertfordshire region. They are offering a salary of up to \xc2\xa335,000 + Car Allowance with an OTE of \xc2\xa355,000.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies. They are now looking to add an experienced Negotiator to their residential team in St Albans.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients and assess their requirements
- Assisting in the management and progression of the sales pipeline
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Liaison between sellers and potential buyers, and relevant external contacts
- Working on progression of deals from offer to exchange
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the full process
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Experience in selling properties within the specific area
- Hold a good understanding of current industry standards and regulations
- Full UK Driving License.
- Salary up to \xc2\xa335,000
- \xc2\xa35,500 Car Allowance
- OTE of \xc2\xa355,000
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
