Job Description




Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.

This position will aid the Director, US Access Reimbursement to provide reimbursement expertise and perform project management related to the day-to-day operations of patient support/financial assistance hubs.

Reimbursement expertise may include providing in-house US reimbursement expert consultancy to assist key stakeholders in comprehending the reimbursement environment for hospital, \xe2\x80\x9cbuy and bill,\xe2\x80\x9d and Medicare Part B reimbursed pharmaceuticals and biologics.

This position is also relied on for the development and deployment of reimbursement support \xe2\x80\x9chubs\xe2\x80\x9d and works with the brand teams and assigned agencies to ensure that all hub support meets the consumers\' needs and is aligned to organizational Market Access objectives.

This position will also be accountable for managing the daily operations of existing hubs, including vendor relationships as well as staffing, budget, maintaining current business rules, and ensuring website and resources are accurate and complete.

The \xe2\x80\x9chubs\xe2\x80\x9d provide reimbursement and access assistance to consumers and are managed by vendors that perform benefits investigations and other related tasks. Their purpose is to help ensure that patients and physicians comprehend coverage and assist with navigating any coverage issues.

Developing and managing hubs requires a varied set of skills:

Works collaboratively with Our Company\'s Access Program, Managed Market Teams, Brand Marketing, Promotions/Marketing Communications, Digital Publishing and Promotional Review Team (PRT).

Work with Our Company\'s Patient Assistance Foundation to ensure consistent PAP referral business rules.

Work closely with legal and regulatory departments to ensure compliance.

Exhibit ownership and accountability for all projects and internal assignments

Development of annual strategies and tactics plan, seeking input and guidance from promotion management in partnership with Brand team point

Position Qualifications:

Education Minimum:

BA/BS

Preferred: MS, MBA, JD, PhD

Knowledge and Skills**:

Minimum of (3) years in Pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing, Reimbursement, Legal, Finance or related fields aiding Pharmaceutical Marketing and Sales

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, proven leadership and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in guiding cross-functional teams

Knowledge of the US payer landscape

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency and success in cross-functional leadership and teamwork

Strong communication skills

Strong project management skills

Previous agency/vendor management skills

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
