Associate Director - Technical Advisor FM/PFI - London
\xc2\xa370,000 to \xc2\xa390,000
A London based leading Infrastructure and Project Finance Consultancy team are seeking a Technical Advisor to deliver Technical FM/PFI and Whole Life Cost Consultancy advice to public & private sector client.
As Technical Advisor you will work with clients such as SPV\'s, Lenders / Funder\'s and Service Provider / Contracting organisations, Financial Institutions, Investors and Banks, Health, Education, Blue-light, Local Authorities, and Central Government. In your role as Technical Advisor you will deliver on FM and PFI related commissions across the full spectrum of FM services, undertaking assignments including:
- FM Strategic Reviews
- FM Procurement
- FM Benchmarking, Market Testing & Value for Money Reviews
- FM Performance Reviews
- PFI PayMech Reviews
- FM Audits - Controls, Assurance and Governance
- PFI Compliance Audits
- PFI Operational Monitoring
- Whole Life Cost Analysis
- Technical Due Diligence of privately financed projects/variations
- Latent Defect Inspections
You will have experience and knowledge of PFI and FM with Public Sector client\'s\xcd\xbe Health, Education & LA etc. as well as having experience of operating within a private sector environment and will likely be a qualified FM practitioner or with full membership of BIFM/RICS or other professionally related organisation.
