Deloitte is actively engaged with clients across the Wealth Management Industry to Design, Implement and Operate the transformations our clients need to succeed in a rapidly growing market. We work with leading Wealth Managers and Private Banks to solve their biggest and most complex strategic problems. As part of the Operations Transformation practice at Deloitte, we pride ourselves on our ability to harness our deep industry experience across distribution, front, middle and back-office to help our clients drive transformational change across their business.
As an Associate Director in our team, you will work as part of a team of Wealth Management industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:

• Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become the leading expert in the market
• Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations,and deliver engagement and programme objectives
• Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members
• Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Alternative Investment and Private Markets Operations team, including supporting proposition development and thought leadership

Connect to your skills and professional experience

• Significant experience working in Wealth Management, including significant knowledge of front/back and/or middle office capabilities, proposition design and key trends impacting these capabilities
• Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Wealth Managers
• Experience in outsourcing and technology in Wealth including experience tech vendors
• A track record of designing, delivering and leading transformational proposition and change in Wealth
• Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed
• Broad network in Wealth Management
• Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues
• Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders
• Ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed
• Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation
• Have a "can do" attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate
• Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference

Personal independence
Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
