In this role you will:

Support clients with a broad range of HR activities, ensuring best practice and compliance with UK employment law. Review, draft, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding processes. Help design and deliver training and development sessions for managers and teams. Maintain accurate HR records, produce reports, and support data analysis to inform decisions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and client experience.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent. Strong HR experience, ideally across a range of generalist activities. Is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. Enjoys writing and reviewing HR documentation such as policies, templates, and handbooks. Communicates clearly and builds positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Is eager to learn, develop, and grow within a dynamic consultancy setting.
What we offer:

A supportive, friendly, and collaborative team culture. Opportunities to learn from experienced HR Consultants and expand your skillset. Exposure to a diverse range of clients, sectors, and projects. The freedom to develop your own areas of interest and expertise. A flexible hybrid working model that supports work-life balance.
If you are ready to build on your HR experience and develop your consultancy career in a role full of variety, challenge, and opportunity then we would love to hear from you.
