The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Litigation Solicitor [5yrs+ PQE] to work in our civil litigation team. The role would be full time located at our office in Warrington, Cheshire. You would be expected to attend the office, but some remote working may be available

We currently work in areas such as HDR and tenancy deposit, as well as more specialised areas such as Housing, TOLATA/Forced Sale, claims against the police and neighbour disputes. We do all our own marketing and work nationally but we are not a massively high volume practice, we prefer to concentrate on good quality claims; much of it is on private retainers. We can train you on any work types where you are not fully experienced. This would be a great opportunity for someone to gain a broader experience of different types of civil litigation. Plus for the person who showed leadership capabilities, this role may lead to team or departmental leadership opportunities and membership of the management team

An excellent billing and file management record will be required

Requirements

A qualified solicitor or barrister, perhaps CILEX with the necessary accreditations with relevant experience in litigation. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Ability to give guidance to team members The ambition to progress to head of department and possibly directore level and to bring in new work types

Pay: 35,000.00-48,000.00 per year
