Inviting applications for the role of Associate Partner, Applied Advisory - Assistant Vice President - English



Your responsibility in this role will be to engage and develop senior advisor relationships with our key clients in the industry which you are aligned. You will act as the "tip of the spear" for your portfolio,

identifying

consulting and transformation opportunities which will be driven by Genpact's Technology, Digital, Analytics and AI capabilities. Your role will be to architect and deliver those transformation programs with clients,

leveraging

our industry leading capabilities,

practices

and methodologies. You will

be responsible for

a portfolio of clients as part of our Industry Applied Advisory Team and active boots-on-the-ground ensuring successful delivery.



Responsibilities



Establish strong relationships in key & prospective accounts to understand the priorities and state of the business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable overall success for the client, when delivered by Genpact


Bring strong advisory experience to elevate point of views, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clients


Drive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centers





Responsible for driving growth within an account or portfolio of

roughly $

5m, through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationships


Identify/close/deliver consulting opportunities as well as larger Advisory opportunities


Support business development by crafting case studies and offerings to support in further growth

Solidify

business requirements and design solutions for clients





Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients


Keep teams and services apprised of relevant trends and opportunities that can add value to clients and accelerate growth


Constantly build and

maintain

subject matter

expertise


Identify

opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement


Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized,

repeated

and scaled


Invest in the Genpact brand by developing and publishing industry relevant white papers




Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or Masters

/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or similar field


Minimum

y

ear

s of applicable professional experience, consulting experience preferred


Demonstrable

expertise

in the industry and applicable domain

expertise


Thorough understanding of digital and analytical trends within the industry


Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies


Experience with collaboration and facilitation techniques


Knowledge of project planning techniques


Experience leading cross-functional teams


Experience with effectively influencing C-level customer and internal stakeholders


Experience with contract negotiation and drafting


Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word


Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker


Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written


Excellent presentation skills - in person and in virtual environments


Ability to work effectively in team environments


Able to create &

maintain

relationships across levels of an organization


Ability to thrive in ambiguity



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills



Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management


Experience in business development,

growth

and sales


Lean Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black belt)
