The Unified Water Label Association (UWLA) is a not-for-profit trade association working with manufacturers, regulators, and industry partners to promote water efficiency and best practice across Europe.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised
Association Administrator
to support the effective day-to-day running of the UWLA. This part-time role is varied and hands-on, providing administrative, communications, and coordination support across the Association.
You will work closely with the Managing Director, Board members, committee chairs, and external partners, playing a key role in ensuring members and stakeholders are supported and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from members, partners, and stakeholders
Maintain and update membership records, contact databases, and email distribution lists
Coordinate Association communications, including newsletters, updates, and event invitations
Support Board, committee, and working group meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up actions
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements where required
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Association
About You
You will have strong administrative experience and be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and communicating professionally with a range of stakeholders.
Experience within a trade association, membership organisation, or not-for-profit environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
