The opportunity:

Leading engagements, supporting your team, and reporting to the Manager/Partner. Coach others while enhancing your development in Financial Services.



Key Responsibilities:

Implement audit strategies/build client relationships.

Complete assigned work within budget & deadlines.

Review Associates' work for Manager/Partner sign-off.

Generate ideas to enhance profitability and understand client issues.

Build a strong internal/external network while upholding EY values.



People Management:

Coach Associates, providing regular feedback.

Foster high-performance culture focused on quality and client needs.

Manage your own development and keep supervisors updated.



Role criteria:

Chartered qualification (ACA, ACCA, ICAS etc or equivalent international qualification).

3+ years of external audit experience

Strong team communication skills
