We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Astro pitch operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking customer time slots, unlocking facilities for customers and keeping the areas clear and tidy to ensure all bookings run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a good communicator who can show exceptional customer service as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
unlock facilities as required
litter pick sports facilities and the surrounding car park area
Empty site bins
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Communicate with customers effectively to minimise issue and maintain good partnership working
Collaborate with team members to meet targets and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of attendees in each group
Assist with function sets ups and moving of furniture
Experience
Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A proactive approach to safety practices.
Shifts available
we are currently recruiting for
Thursdays 4.30-11pm
Saturdays 3pm-9.30pm
We would consider individuals who could do one or both of these times. There may be opportunity for additional shifts to cover staff holidays and busy shifts
