Auction House Valuer
Leeds
\xc2\xa330,000+ (includes Car Allowance) OTE up to \xc2\xa340,000

Fantastic opportunity to join a thriving property company in Leeds as a dedicated Auction House Valuer. You will be experienced in property valuations (minimum 2 years) and must be prepared to hit the ground running.

Auction House Valuer:

  • To be dressed smartly and well presented at all times in line with company dress code.
  • To project an image of friendly professionalism that will bring credit to Auction House.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to your work
  • Comply with property mark and RICS best practice and agreed procedures regarding all aspects of work.
  • Answer the telephone in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
  • Make and attend viewing appointments in the absence of allocated members of staff;
  • Understand and implement new and amended Department Head and Head Office directives.
  • Understand and implement PMA guidelines and compliance procedures;
  • Maintain and continually update personal knowledge of new legislation affecting sales and the wider property market
  • Understand and implement Company\'s official complaints procedure;
  • Ability to undertake any other duties as required.
  • Valuations should be booked with detailed notes on Reapit with a suitable task set after each appointment. These will be in person and via desk top.
  • All valuation requests to be responded to within 1 hour.
  • Undertake market appraisal appointments at all reasonable times;
  • Aim to least 20 properties per auction with a success rate in excess of 80% and maintain or improve upon the average fee.
  • Present the high level of customer service expected of Company Valuers and offices, to Auction House Clients;
  • Attend appointments for suitably qualified customers, inspect, photograph, video and measure property to a professional standard;
  • Produce accurate, detailed written sales particulars to Company standards;
  • Organise and prioritise personal workload.
  • Cover other Auction Valuers absence as required
  • Maintain regular vendor and potential vendor contact
  • Maintain Database ensuring Notes are fully updated and documentation is accurate
  • Actively seek to build relationships with partner agents, housing associations and house clearance companies across the region.
  • Conduct telephone and proxy bids on auction day
