The Role

We're hiring an experienced

AV Project Manager

to lead the end?to?end delivery of AV projects--from early planning and technical validation through to installation, testing, handover and post?completion support. You'll own the entire project lifecycle and act as a trusted partner to clients, engineers, contractors and internal teams. This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager or a strong AV Project Engineer ready to step up.

Regular travel to client sites across the UK (and occasional trips to Europe) is required.

What You'll Do

Own multiple AV projects from planning through completion Build detailed project programmes, schedules and delivery milestones Run kick?off meetings, technical reviews, site coordination sessions and handovers Conduct site surveys and pre?installation checks Maintain RAID logs, project trackers, actions and weekly updates Manage all RAMS, permits, method statements and compliance deliverables Coordinate closely with Technical Design, Engineering, Sales, Procurement and Logistics Align engineering timelines with wider construction programmes Oversee onsite engineering activities and ensure exceptional installation quality Validate testing, commissioning and final handovers Manage budgets, cost tracking, commercial accuracy and variations Act as primary contact for clients, consultants and contractors Deliver clear project updates and expectation?setting throughout Support end?user training and ensure a smooth client experience

What You'll Bring

Proven AV Project Manager experience (or strong AV Project Engineer ready to progress) Solid knowledge of AV/UC systems (Teams, Zoom, DSPs, control systems, displays, room hardware) Strong organisational and multi?project management skills Excellent communication--clear, calm, confident and client?facing Experience coordinating engineers, contractors and cross?functional teams High attention to detail with structured problem?solving ability Ability to thrive in a fast?paced, growing environment

Desirable

Experience as Senior Installation or Project Lead Engineer Experience delivering multi?site rollouts CTS or manufacturer certifications
