About the Role:

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Audit Senior to join our team in Birkenhead. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality audits, support junior staff, and help shape the continued success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead and complete audit engagements for a wide range of clients. Ensure audits and client files are completed accurately and delivered to deadlines. Review and prepare accounts, tax computations, VAT, and PAYE documents. Guide and support junior team members, fostering their development and ensuring high standards. Liaise directly with clients to collect information and build strong working relationships. Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

About You:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or QBE) with solid audit experience within a practice environment. Strong technical skills and knowledge of audit procedures. Confident managing workloads and mentoring junior staff. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to outstanding client service. Organised, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
