Job Description

Summary

In this role you will assist in building and maintaining Power Platform solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with colleagues across the business to automate processes and improve efficiency. You'll gain valuable experience in a varied role using a variety of different tools.

Responsibilities

Power Platform Management

Monitor Power BI dataset refreshes and troubleshoot failures. Maintain and optimise existing Power BI dashboards and reports. Assist with building new Power Apps applications to meet business requirements. Create and manage Power Automate workflows. Monitor and resolve issues with automated processes.

Data & Analysis

Data analysis and reporting using Power Platform tools. Document data sources and maintain data flows. Ad-hoc reports and analysis for the business as required.

Process Improvements

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Test and validate solutions prior to deployment. Work with stakeholders to understand and solve business problems.

Technical Support

Investigate and resolve system integration issues. Maintain documentation for processes and solutions. Provide first-line support for Power Platform applications. Collaborate with IT colleagues as required to solve issues.

Stakeholder Engagement

Attend project meetings and requirement gathering sessions

Requirements

Problem-solving mindset is essential. Willingness to learn new tools/skills on an ongoing basis. Proactive approach to making continual improvements. Adaptable and able to cope with pressure and varying workload. Experience with using Power Platform tools is beneficial.
