Automotive Service Advisor needed in Holmewood, Chesterfield

APS is a leading independent specialist in Chesterfield, and we are looking for someone that has a passion for providing great customer service, an ability to work in a proactive manner and on their own initiative, that also has previous experience customer service experience.

Service Advisor Job Role

Booking & arranging vehicle servicing appointments for customers via telephone, face to face & email Meet & greet customers, be their point of contact whilst their vehicle is in the workshop Provide updates & advise customer on repair work being carried out on their vehicle Updating workshop loading spreadsheet Create customer invoice & talk them through the work which has been carried out Work closely with our in house parts supplier on returns, missing stock, ensuring consumables are booked on jobs and assisting with a weekly parts stock check. Gain start-up and and gain final order numbers

The Successful Service Advisor Candidate:

Automotive service background is an advantage but not essential Strong customer service background is essential, you must be able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. Comfortable working to deadlines Managing customer expectations with regular communication & updates Happy managing your own workload & customer base

What's on Offer?

33,000 - 35,000: Dependant on experience Working week: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus one in three Sat mornings only Increased holiday entitlement with length of service Westfield Healthcare

Experience:

Automotive Service Advisor or similar: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (required)
