What You'll Be Doing:
As one of our Automotive Service Advisors, you'll be right at the heart of our business, making sure our customers feel valued and looked after. Your role will include:
Ensuring every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive by offering a friendly and professional welcome. You will se them in, and see them away.
Managing bookings and keeping everything organised.
Answering calls, invoicing, taking payments, organising loan cars.
Liaising closely with our workshop manager to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Keeping customers updated and explaining any required work clearly and confidently - no hard selling, but you will need to make honest recommendations when calling for authorisations from our customers.
Having those difficult conversations when needed and helping customers understand their options.
What We're Looking For:
Someone with an absolute minimum of 2 years previous experience in an Automotive Service Advisor role. Due to the busy nature of the role and the opening of another site within the next year, this is a non-negotiable*. It's essential to have confidence with communication with both our customers, and our technicians.
Someone who is exceptionally organised and great at multitasking - it can get busy, and we need someone who thrives on that.
Someone who stays calm under pressure and can handle tough conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Flexibility - this is what teamwork is all about!
A true team player who values a supportive, friendly working environment and gives this equally in return. This is non-negotiable.
What You'll Get in Return:
A salary of 32,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
No weekends
4pm finish on a Friday but paid until 5.30pm
31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
Private Healthcare package upon completion of 6 month probation period
Full initial training including a service advisor-specific course on our GMS
