Summary

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Cridfords Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience by providing expert advice and support for our clients' Porsche vehicles. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our service department and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries and vehicle maintenance. Provide accurate information on services, repairs, and pricing to customers. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs. Manage customer expectations and follow up on service progress. Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as needed.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems, particularly Porsche vehicles. Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is preferred. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer trust.
